A. What I love about Wellington the most is, first of all, it’s arguably the horse capital of the world, it has incredible tournaments of polo, dressage, and jumping. If you’re a horse lover, you can’t not love Wellington. The proximity to the Palm Beaches and amazing beaches, airports in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami are very close so that makes the Palm Beaches a very easy destination.
A. Wellington is a great place for a family. We as a family have been going there for very a long time. Our kids have grown there, we play polo, we play tennis, we play golf, we run, we bike, kids go to school, kids homeschool. Lots of polo families are there during the winter too, so we have lots of friends there, so it’s a global and great place for families. The weather is perfect, and we really love it.
A. My relationship with Neil Hirsh is a very long one. We first met in 1999 in the Hamptons while playing polo and we connected from the very first day. I started playing polo with him in the year of 2000. In 2004, we embarked in the Blackwatch team in approaching what an amazing journey, and we had an amazing time playing polo together.
A. What intrigued the most about Neil’s Coach House development was his intention to do something amazing and great. If you know Neil and if you know the things Neil has done in his life, you know that he always thinks the highest of levels. He did with his stable scene in the Blackwatch Farm in Wellington and if you know his houses, you know that Neil only does things the best ways.
A. Moving into Coach House for us as a family will be amazing. We love all of the things that Coach House brings. It brings a very easy proposition to Wellington, something Wellington doesn’t have right now. Wellington has history and amazing history of great accommodation at the Palm Beach Polo and County Club but nothing at that level and nothing with concierge service and amazing pool and all of the amazing amenities that Coach House is going to have.
A. The floor plan my family and I have chosen is on the third floor because we believe the views there are going to be amazing. I have four children, and we like that the floor plan has four bedrooms. It has a private garage underneath which has a private elevator to tale us up directly to the apartment, which is great.
A. We have not decided yet if we are going to work with a designer for interiors. We normally love to do things ourselves, so we’ll see as the time gets closer if we do that or not.
A. I found that a lot of equestrians are very excited about this project. I’ve been talking to a lot of people from the horse world about the project, and I think everyone is excited. In 2021, when we will all be there in Wellington for the Winter Equestrian Festival and things are more advanced with the project, everyone is going to get excited. There aren’t many apartments, so you need to get your hands on one as soon as possible.
